The HSB Network is: • The Ballers All-Star Report, founded 2003 by HSB Network CEO Maurice Wingate, has become the primary one-stop hub to fans, coaches, players, recruiters and tournament directors for up to the minute news and results on the top high school and AAU basketball teams, tournaments, recruits, prospects and players, in the Tri-state (NY, NJ CT), northeast and nationally.

The Ballers All-Star Report™ reaches over 150,000 members per day via email as well as over 1,500,000 views per month through this website. Its audience is growing exponentially at an amazing rate and its coverage has grown from local, to regional to national.• Starting October 2007, The HSB Network became the publisher of content in New York City for Rivals.com through NYCHoops.net and RedStormReport.com

The NYCHoops.net website is the premier source for all the important and relevant NYC high school basketball news and recruiting information. NYCHoops.net will also provide player/team profiles and rankings. In 2009 we began a branch of NYCHoops.net called NYGHoops.com or NewYorkGirlsHoops.com, becoming the first Rivals.com site to also focus on girls basketball and recruiting. "I felt it was time to expand our horizons into the girls arena," said Wingate. "After I convinced Rivals.com to let us cover girls hoops for them, at first, I wrote the stories myself, then took on writers in mid-2010 whose specialty was girls basketball."
